Terms and Conditions
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of HommmAI, your account and any launch reservation made with HOMMMEDIA LIMITED, company number 17287261, at 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Contact: support@hommm.net. By creating an account, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google or GitHub identity secure, for information supplied through your account and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorised access. We may require reasonable verification to protect the account.
3. Launch reservation
A reservation records your place in the progressive rollout and the offer shown at confirmed checkout. Paddle creates a free-trial subscription and collects a payment method, but no charge is made and no model access is provided at reservation time. A checkout that has started but is not confirmed by our server is not a confirmed reservation.
Initial infrastructure deployments begin once 500 confirmed founding reservations are reached. This threshold and the Q4 2026 launch window are planning targets, not a guarantee of a particular activation date or position.
4. Activation and first charge
Rollout may occur before the free trial’s originally displayed end date. Before activation, we will notify you using the account contact details and explain the activation timing, price and how to cancel. The first subscription charge is intended to be made on the day your account is activated. If we are not ready, the trial may be extended or activation deferred; we will not represent access as active until server-side billing confirmation succeeds.
5. Price, taxes and Paddle
The confirmed reservation records the displayed recurring price, currency and billing interval. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for checkout, payment processing, applicable tax calculation, invoices and subscription payments. Paddle’s checkout and buyer terms also apply to its services. A payment method may need to be entered again if the payment provider changes in future.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a reservation before activation without a subscription charge. After activation, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law, charged incorrectly or more than once, or where the paid service was not supplied or materially failed to match its description. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to you are not limited by these terms. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for the complete process.
7. Service scope and model availability
The launch plan is intended to provide flat-rate access to Kimi K2.7 Code for coding, agents and everyday tasks, subject to technical and fair-use controls. More models are planned. Models, endpoints and technical limits may change where reasonably necessary for security, provider availability, performance or product development; material adverse changes will be communicated.
8. Acceptable and fair use
You must not use the service unlawfully; interfere with its security or availability; access other users’ data; evade controls; distribute credentials; generate malware or facilitate abuse; or use automated demand in a way that materially harms the shared service. Fair-use controls must be proportionate, documented before activation and must not be presented as unlimited access where a material undisclosed restriction applies.
9. Intellectual property and output
We and our licensors retain rights in the platform, software and branding. Subject to applicable provider terms and law, you retain rights in material you submit and receive. You grant us only the rights needed to operate, secure and support the service. Model output can be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use in consequential decisions.
10. Availability, suspension and termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, non-payment or serious breach, and will give notice where appropriate. You may stop using the service and cancel according to the applicable billing process. Clauses that by nature should continue after termination remain effective.
11. Responsibility
Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or affects mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these terms, or for business losses suffered by a consumer.
12. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms for legal, security or product reasons. Material changes will be notified before they take effect where required. These terms are governed by the Laws of England and Wales; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Mandatory rights and courts available to consumers in their country remain unaffected.
