Questions, answered
Details about the model, supported workflows, launch access, activation and billing.
Nothing. Completing Paddle Checkout reserves your place and launch offer. Paddle creates a trialing subscription, but paid billing does not begin during the reservation process.
No. Paddle securely collects your payment details for future subscription activation. No subscription payment is collected when you reserve.
Your first payment is due when your subscription is activated. If additional card authentication is required, you may be asked to confirm the payment before access is enabled.
Initial deployments begin as soon as 500 founding reservations are confirmed. Access then opens progressively in controlled batches as infrastructure capacity expands.
The launch plan includes one active session at a time with access to Kimi K2.7 Code. Additional sessions are not included in this initial plan.
The flat monthly plan is designed for sustained individual development workflows. Proportionate technical controls may apply to protect service quality and shared capacity; any material limits will be documented before activation.
The initial launch plan includes Kimi K2.7 Code. We are starting with one model to keep quality and the developer experience focused, with more carefully selected models planned after launch.
Yes. The service is being designed specifically with coding assistants, agents and developer workflows in mind.
No. The focus is LLM access for your development tools and workflows rather than another standalone chat interface.
Yes. You can cancel your reservation before activation from your account.
After activation, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law, charged incorrectly or more than once, or where the paid service was not supplied or materially failed to match its description.
A payment method helps distinguish genuine launch demand from a simple email waitlist and makes activation easier when capacity becomes available. Paddle handles the payment details securely.
Paddle requests the customer and billing information required to prepare the subscription, calculate applicable taxes and issue billing documents. Full payment credentials are handled only by Paddle.
Paddle is our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, billing documents and subscription payments. We do not store your full payment details.
Full payment details are handled by Paddle. The application stores only the identifiers and limited payment-method metadata required to manage your reservation and future subscription.
